The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of your market, developing client relationships and building a strong network of candidates across the Building Services and Construction sectors.

Your responsibilities will include:

Developing new business and building long-term relationships with clients.

Managing and growing your own recruitment desk and specialist market.

*

Sourcing, identifying and engaging high-quality candidates.

*

Managing the full recruitment process, from initial client briefing through to placement.

*

Building a strong network of candidates and industry contacts.

*

Identifying new opportunities and contributing to the continued growth of Linea Group.

Who We're Looking For

*

Recruitment experience is advantageous, particularly within M&E, MEP, Building Services or Construction.

*

A strong sales, business development or account management background will also be considered.

*

Commercially minded, ambitious and motivated by earning potential.

*

Confident building relationships and comfortable picking up the phone.

*

Someone who takes ownership, is proactive and wants to build something long-term.

*

A desire to progress, develop and be rewarded for the value they bring.
