We’re hiring a Healthcare Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record of winning business in the NHS. They are on the frameworks you need, so there are no obstacles to winning the business - they just need a go-getter to make this happen.

If you know your way around NHS frameworks, understand how to navigate compliance, and thrive on building trusted, high-value relationships—this is the step up you’ve been looking for.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Developing and growing NHS client relationships across trusts, hospitals, and community care
• Working a 360-desk, managing both BD and candidate delivery
• Filling high-demand roles with urgency, quality and compliance front of mind
• Driving revenue through smart, strategic conversations—not just dial volume
• Staying on top of framework updates, compliance standards and market shifts
• Owning your patch, backed by the tools, team, and autonomy to scale it

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience winning business in the NHS (essential)
• Deep understanding of AHP, nursing or medical temp recruitment
• Comfortable working under framework conditions and hitting service KPIs
• Someone who can build long-term client relationships—not just quick wins
• Driven, accountable, and ready to take ownership of your market
