RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT (Midlands)
We are currently looking for committed and talented individual to join our transport recruitment team – operating out of our Wolverhampton & Birmingham locations

Duties:

• To provide the day to day running of busy transport plan
• Liaising directly with companies & agency staff
• Developing new & existing business
• Organizing start times & checking work availability
• Supporting customers with additional requirements
• Maintaining the highest level of Customer Service
• Interviewing new candidates, assessing suitability & verifying documents
• Answering calls identifying any new opportunities

Required:

• Computer skills essential – Especially Excel
• Previous knowledge of the transport industry will be an advantage
• Stable work history
• Good telephone manner
• Flexible approach
• Own transport

Starting salary for the role will £25,000 p.a.
A successful candidate will progress on to the company commission scheme
31 days holiday per year (including stats)
