A specialise and boutique Renewable Energy Recruitment Company based in Bromley. The business have had huge success in the few years since setting up. The company focus on Permanent and Contract placements into mainly onshore and offshore wind with the view to do more in Solar in the future. They are part of a wider Group and have a partner recruitment business with strong financial backing.

Opportunity

Consultant/ Senior Consultant Positions available with Built Environment or Energy Recruitment Experience either contingent or executive search. You will be a 360 recruiter with a mindset to bring in new clients but you will benefit from existing business. The team are successful and billing over £1m a year between them already.

You can be a perm or contract recruiter and you can chose to focus on UK, Europe or USA. They are open minded to renewables or Solar and Wind.

Selling Points

* £25-40k Basic Salary depending on experience

* Work for a leader who bills more than £900k per year himself and a team below you billing well too - very strong market with lots of work to go after

* Simple, high reward commission scheme at 20% for senior consultants.

* Commission increases for high billers to 30%

* No Threshold!

* Sales Incentive Trips/ holidays e.g. Croatia/ Skiing - 2 a year

* Monthly Incentive Vouchers and Prizes

* Structured sales development, clear expectations and development goals

Requirements

* Experienced recruiter with at least 1 years experience ideally in built environment or energy

* Success orientated and good work ethic
