Job Description - Recruitment Consultant Sales

Rhino Recruitment are looking at a very busy 2024 and this brings several exciting opportunities to join our expanding team at our Head Office in Cardiff.
2024 brings Rhinos 11th year trading and can boast a well-established specialist recruitment company providing a wide spectrum of temporary and permanent solutions to the industry.
We are looking for experienced Recruitment Consultant ideally with a permanent recruitment background within construction or manufacturing and a history of sales within Business service industry
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our sales team. You will be responsible for managing a data set ranging from warm through to cold and new to brand business opportunities. You must be a self-starter able to exceed sales targets, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
The ideal candidate is a proven sales professional with a strong background in sales management, a strategic mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills. You will need to be self-motivated and commercially aware, highly organised, very IT literate within all Microsoft office programs and can lead by example and be a strategic thinker with a never say die attitude to ensure the organisation gets results!
Comfortable managing your own performance means, celebrating the good and motivated the bad, add to this you will have a sales network and ability to delivery new business also.
You will need to be reliable, thick skinned and ambitious. Have an energy that feeds others and be proud to drive your performance to succeed, care almost like its your own!

Be able to coach the game as well as play it.
Very confident and have a presence.
Have thick skin and understand the part you play!
Honest
If this is you, then the responsibilities are:
Managing a collection of companies and maximising profit from them.
Identify knowledge gaps within your own sales processes and fix them to get results.
Hold yourself to a higher standard manage objectives and monitor progress.
Dual visit with potential clients
Assist the National Sales Director with a sales strategy
Manage and deliver on a portfolio of clients to deliver a revenue.
