The Ideal Candidate:

• Graduate with a 2:2 or above (any discipline considered).

• Background in sport (university, semi-professional, or competitive level).

• Minimum 6 months’ experience in sales or a customer-facing role is desirable.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Sourcing and headhunting top talent within the technology market.

• Speaking with candidates daily and guiding them through the recruitment process.

• Building lasting relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.

• Cold-calling managers to generate new business opportunities.

• Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle - from winning clients, to placing candidates.

• Working towards targets in a competitive but supportive environment.
