Recruitment Consultant / Senior Consultant - Finance

AJ Chambers is an award-winning and ambitious specialist recruitment business, focused within the Accountancy Practice, Commercial Finance, and Legal Practice sectors.

Due to continued growth, we are looking to add to our in-house finance recruitment team, which is based in Rochford, and works with businesses both large and small from across Essex.

• Recruitment Consultant / Senior Consultant

Joining an experienced team this is a great opportunity for an experienced recruiter / business developer / account manager to take a role with opportunities for progression, high-earning capabilities, and a flexible environment.

This role will involve developing and managing your own client portfolio, as well as working with the rest of the team to generate candidates and deliver to businesses across Essex and London.

Your role will involve -

• Meeting with Candidates & Clients (via Teams or Face to Face)
• Continuously growing and developing your network
• Utilising our extensive Salesforce database & LinkedIn Recruiter
• Organise and attend Client events

Progression opportunities exist towards a Senior level, and then further would consist of the opportunity to move into either a Managing Consultant or a Principal Consultant role. At Senior level, you have the opportunity to mentor trainees and earn from their initial success.
