Hunter Savage is a leading Engineering and Operations recruitment company with 2 companies covering the Island of Ireland. We have a successful and well-established Engineering team, and we currently have a lucrative role managing existing business with huge growth potential and clear desk ownership.
The role will be based in Belfast, and you will work alongside a motivated and ambitious team specialising in quality assurance, production management, electrical and electronic design, automation, mechanical engineering, process engineering, supply chain and logistics, procurement, operations management, food science and NPD.
We are keen to speak to candidates who are either working as a recruiter or have a background in a consultancy-based sales role or you may have technical expertise gained from working in the Engineering / Manufacturing / FMCG sectors.

Excellent base pay, plus a commission structure where you earn 25% of your billings every month without thresholds or caps.

Hybrid working! We work 2 or 3 days in the office depending on your experience in the role, with a fully supplied home office for WFH days.

We offer 23 holidays per year (plus your birthday off) your entitlement increases to 25 days with 3yrs service (plus your birthday) plus Statutory holidays.
