Recruitment Consultant - Specialist Desk

The opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your own market, build a strong client portfolio and establish yourself as a specialist within your sector, with the backing of an established recruitment business.

You'll have genuine ownership of your desk, developing existing relationships, winning new business, sourcing candidates and managing the recruitment process through to successful placement.

You'll become a trusted recruitment partner to clients and candidates while developing your industry knowledge, network and earning potential.

What you'll be doing

Take ownership of and grow a specialist recruitment desk
Develop strong relationships with new and existing clients
Identify and win new business opportunities
Build a strong network of clients, candidates and industry contacts
Source, interview and successfully place high-quality candidates
Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement
Develop an in-depth understanding of your specialist market
Identify opportunities to grow and develop your deskWho we're looking for

We're looking for someone with drive, ambition and a genuine desire to succeed.

Recruitment experience would be advantageous, particularly within Asbestos, Construction, Property Maintenance or a Specialist Sector. However, we're equally interested in experienced sales professionals with the confidence and ability to build relationships, generate new business and close opportunities.

You'll ideally have:
