Your Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of our business efforts. You will generate a client universe for you to get stuck in to, supporting them with hiring needs and placing top tier talent!

You'll be responsible for:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Understanding client needs and crafting tailored recruitment solutions.
Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels.
Conducting interviews and assessments to ensure the best fit.
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth experience for both clients and candidates.
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends to stay ahead of the game.

What We're Looking For:

Proven Business Development Skills: Experience in recruitment or sales is a plus!
Excellent Communication Skills: You're a natural at building rapport and articulating ideas.
Driven and Goal-Oriented: You have a knack for spotting opportunities.
