£Competitive pa + uncapped commission

Day-to-day of the role:

• Engage in full 360 recruitment processes
• Manage and grow your desk as your own business
• Deliver on our brand values across local and national marketplaces - with honest and open partnerships
• Business development through B2B sales calls and marketing campaigns
• Showcase entrepreneurial skills
• Resource candidates using a range of tools, methods and databases

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Exceptional communication skills – both written & verbal
• Resilient with a strong drive to succeed
• Great organisation skills with the ability to multi-task
• Target driven - Financially motivated
• Team player with a good sense of humour
