Hamilton Barnes is a specialist recruitment business working across the infrastructure that powers the internet.
Our US operation works with companies across the data centre, AI, cloud, networking and telecommunications markets, helping some of the world's fastest-growing technology businesses find the people they need to build and operate their infrastructure.
This role gives you the opportunity to work directly into the US market from our London office, with your working day running from 11:30am–9:00pm.
What you'll be doing
You'll build relationships with technical professionals across the US, identify and qualify candidates, develop new business with clients and manage the recruitment process from first conversation through to placement.
The market you'll work in includes AI data centres, critical facilities, data centre IT, networking and large-scale data centre construction. You don't need to understand the technology when you join. We'll teach you the market and give you the training to become a specialist.

Sales, customer service, hospitality, sport or other target-driven backgrounds can all translate well.
