Are you a Recruitment Consultant looking to build an entire market and team from scratch? Do you have ambitions of moving to the USA?

Are you motivated by progressing your career and having shares in a business?

Ernest Gordon Recruitment specialise in Engineering, Technology, IT and Finance Recruitment across the UK and have now been established for over 6 years, across 3 sites and 40 staff. We are ready to expand our international presence, starting with expansion across the U.S.A, to further support our American clients.

The plan? You will be our first U.S. hire, initially based at our HQ in Bristol so you can learn our processes and embrace our culture and get the full support of the entire leadership team. We will build the department and team around you.

What does this opportunity look like? Sales. Make no mistake this is a sales job. It's all about business development, winning clients and working harder, faster and longer than the competition. This is the opportunity to work hand in hand with an experienced Director team who will give you the full backing and support to own something big which will shape the future for our company in America.

The role:

* Take the lead in our recruitment function across the U.S. market from day one
* Develop new business and client relationships
* Report directly to the global leadership team
* Initially based in Bristol, UK with opportunities to relocate to the USA

The person:

* Experience working with clients and candidates in the US market
* Experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant or Team Leader or Recruitment Manager or similar
* Happy to work USA working hours
