We are looking for a dedicated and organised Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Romford office. This is a 360 recruitment role, focusing on managing the full recruitment process within the AHP Sector — from candidate sourcing to placement and client relationship management.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with existing clients and candidates

• Source high-quality healthcare professionals for temporary and permanent roles

• Provide excellent candidate care throughout the recruitment journey

• Maintain accurate records using our internal CRM

• Meet individual and team targets and KPIs

• Minimum 1 year of 360 recruitment experience (healthcare/medical sector preferred)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• Must be able to work full-time from our Romford office (Monday to Friday)
