Due to a significant contract win and continued growth
across the business, we’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Recruitment Advisor to join us on a 3–6 month interim basis.
This is a high -volume, fast -paced and largely
administrative recruitment support role, focused on keeping hiring activity
moving efficiently across operational and field -based positions. The role is transactional
in nature, with a strong emphasis on coordination, process management, and
delivering a smooth candidate journey through to onboarding handover.
We need someone who can hit the ground running, manage
multiple live vacancies, and provide consistent, high -quality administrative
support to the recruitment team—ensuring a seamless journey from application
through to offer and transition into onboarding.
Based in Derby, you’ll work closely with hiring managers,
recruiters, and the HR onboarding team to ensure recruitment activity runs
efficiently and candidates are handed over smoothly and accurately.
