About the Role

An established business is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support the recruitment and onboarding of drivers across the business.

This is a varied recruitment and administrative role, ideal for someone who is organised, detail-focused and comfortable working with candidate information and compliance checks.

The role will involve managing candidates through the recruitment process, from reviewing CVs and screening applicants through to completing the necessary right-to-work and driving licence checks.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting the recruitment of drivers across the business

Reviewing and screening incoming CVs

*

Contacting and communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process

*

Checking candidate driving licence information with the DVLA

*

Ensuring driver information and records are accurate and kept up to date

*

Completing Right to Work (RTW) checks

*

Maintaining accurate candidate and recruitment records

*

Updating internal systems and information as required

*

Providing general administrative support throughout the recruitment process

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Organised and highly detail-oriented

Comfortable handling confidential candidate information

*

Confident communicating with candidates

*

Experienced in recruitment, HR or administration would be advantageous

*

Comfortable carrying out checks and working with databases/systems

*

Able to work accurately and efficiently in a busy environment

Reliable and professional in their approach
