Recruitment Coordinator – 3 Month FTC

Birmingham | Hybrid | Up to £30,000 (DOE / Pro Rata)

Are you an organised, people-focused recruitment professional who enjoys keeping everything moving behind the scenes?

I’m working with a well-established professional services organisation in Birmingham looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their HR team on an initial 3-month fixed-term contract.

This is a busy, hands-on role supporting recruitment across a variety of professional and corporate vacancies. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, candidates and the wider HR team to make sure the recruitment journey runs smoothly from interview through to offer and onboarding.

What you’ll be doing

* Arranging interviews and assessment activity

* Being a key point of contact for candidates throughout the process

* Managing recruitment queries and inboxes

* Preparing offer documentation and recruitment correspondence

* Coordinating pre-employment checks

* Updating and maintaining the ATS

* Supporting onboarding and wider recruitment projects

What we’re looking for

You don’t need to have years of recruitment experience, but some exposure to recruitment, HR or talent coordination would be ideal.

You’ll need to be highly organised, confident communicating with different people and comfortable juggling several vacancies and priorities at once. Good Microsoft Office skills are important, and previous experience using an ATS would be a bonus.

Above all, you’ll be proactive, professional, detail-focused and great with people.
