Recruitment Coordinator

We are recruiting for a Recruitment Co-ordinator on behalf of a maritime technology business.

Working closely with the HR Director and hiring managers, you’ll coordinate recruitment across engineering, production, manufacturing and business support. You’ll support the full process, from vacancy approval through to offer and onboarding, building strong relationships and delivering a positive candidate experience throughout.

Key responsibilities:

Working with hiring managers to understand requirements and agree suitable selection methods.
Directly sourcing and screening candidates through LinkedIn, CV databases, job boards, referrals and professional networks.
Providing relevant, pre-screened shortlists and coordinating interviews, feedback and selection.
Building talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.
Promoting opportunities through job boards, social media, careers pages and industry networks.
Supporting employer branding to attract both early-career and experienced candidates.
Using recruitment data and candidate feedback to improve hiring outcomes.
Monitoring recruitment costs and helping reduce reliance on external agencies.About you
You’ll bring recent recruitment experience within engineering, manufacturing or maritime, with confidence directly sourcing and screening candidates across a range of roles.

Highly organised and proactive, you’ll combine strong attention to detail with clear communication and a thoughtful, inclusive approach to recruitment. You’ll be comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, handling confidential information and fulfilling the driving requirements of the role.
