Recruitment Coordinator

Our Client Services team is dedicated to providing an outstanding level of service to all our key accounts, focusing on consistent delivery, attention and care. We leverage our experience and knowledge to support client growth, through team scale ups, expansion into new locations and critical hires. By integrating our clients systems into our own, we facilitate a true talent partnership while growing the level or service we provide for each account.

What you can do:
• Managing dynamic calendars and logistics; schedule an abundance of interviews and own the coordination of interview days
• Manage candidate flow and meticulously track candidates throughout the interview process via the CRM, ATS and other tracking tools
• Create detailed progress reports for both internal and external use
• Maintain high-touch communication with hiring teams, consultants, and candidates providing a first-rate, seamless interview experience
• Build enduring relationships with hiring managers and interview teams by providing thought-partnership and solutions around interview logistics and keeping them informed as needed
• Be a detail-focused process administrator, ensuring no conversation or interview detail falls by the wayside
• Work on special projects and assist the Client Services team as needed
