Are you an energetic, driven individual looking to build a career in recruitment?
We’re expanding our team due to our client demand in Bristol and are looking for a confident and organised Recruitment Coordinator to support our fast-paced, high-performing team. Your Role:
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll play a key role on site initially with 2 of our clients, organise worker schedules, coordinate intakes, conducting inductions, and sourcing and engaging top talent across a variety of sectors. Working closely with our Account Manager, you’ll help identify, attract and qualify candidates, while providing an outstanding candidate experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Writing and posting job adverts across multiple platforms
  • Sourcing and screening CVs using job boards and LinkedIn
  • Conducting telephone interviews and qualifying candidates
  • Managing candidate records and databases (ATS usage)
  • Liaising with your Account Manager and clients to understand role requirements
  • Coordinating interviews and gathering feedback
  • Supporting candidate onboarding and compliance checks
  • Scheduling shifts on behalf of the client
  • Providing onsite management presence for active workers and clients.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in a Aviation Recruitment or Administrative role (agency or in-house) is preferred but not essential
  • Operational management experience (Desirable)
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Driven, self-motivated and resilient
  • Able to thrive in a busy, target-driven environment
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office and CRM/ATS systems
