Are you organised, energetic, great with people and someone who likes to make things happen?

SVC Solutions is growing our recruitment team and we’re looking for a Recruitment Coordinator / Delivery Consultant to join us.

This isn’t a role where you’ll simply sit behind a desk doing recruitment administration.

We want someone who enjoys speaking to people, finding great candidates, solving problems and taking ownership.

You’ll work closely with our CEO and the Business Manager, playing a key part in keeping our recruitment business moving and making sure our clients and candidates receive a brilliant service.

What will you be doing?

You’ll be at the heart of our recruitment operation, including:

* Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Bullhorn CRM and job boards

* Speaking to and screening potential candidates

* Building strong candidate talent pools

* Managing and supporting live vacancies

* Producing quality candidate shortlists

* Writing and posting job adverts

* Arranging interviews and managing feedback

* Keeping candidates engaged throughout the recruitment process

* Maintaining accurate information within Bullhorn CRM

* Identifying potential vacancies, leads and commercial opportunities

* Working with the wider team to help achieve our recruitment targets

Who are we looking for?

For us, attitude is just as important as experience.

You might already have recruitment experience, or you may have worked in a fast-paced sales, customer service, account management or coordination role and be looking to build a career in recruitment.

We’re looking for someone who is:

You’ll be comfortable picking up the phone, speaking to new people and working towards clear targets and KPIs.

Most importantly, you’re someone who takes ownership.
