We are looking for a recruitment executive to add to our team in the Contractdivision. This is a full time role and is not for the faint hearted, we need motivated self starters to join our team and hit the ground running.

Recruitment Executive duties:

Screening, interviewing and recruitment of team members to work at events
Checking right to work in the UK and ensuring compliance is adhered to
Scheduling staff into work
"On Call" Duties, making sure staff are attending shift on the day and liaising with onsite contacts
Looking after your own events from start to finish
Ensuring timesheets are completed
Processing timesheets to ensure staff are paid accurately and on time
Liaising with clients regarding events and staff requirements
Attending meetings with clients as and when required
Recruitment executive requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft 365
Good level of written and spoken English
Ability to converse with applicants
Good telephone manner
Some Hospitality experience in any field
