As Recruitment Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of functions
• Partnering with hiring managers to plan workforce needs and deliver tailored hiring strategies
• Developing sourcing plans to attract diverse, high-quality candidates
• Monitoring recruitment metrics and generating regular performance reports
• Ensuring compliance with employment law, internal policy and best practice

As Recruitment Manager, your experience will include:

• Proven experience in a recruitment role, ideally with team leadership or management exposure
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition methods, tools and employer branding
• Confidence working directly with senior leadership and departmental heads
• Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience using ATS platforms and reporting tools
