We are seeking a proactive and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our clients recruitment stratergy. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about talent acquisition and excels in creating effective recruitment strategies.

• Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
• Work closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and set recruitment goals.
• Enhance employer branding to improve recruitment efforts and attract high-quality candidates.
• Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) to evaluate and improve the recruitment process.
• Provide training and guidance to the recruitment team to ensure best practices in recruitment are followed.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in recruitment and introduce innovative ideas to enhance efficiency.

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or looking to take that next step up
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using HR software and candidate databases.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to operate with flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
