The Role: Recruitment Manager

• Location: Southampton (Hybrid - blend of office and home working)
• Salary: £30,000 - £43,000 + car allowance + uncapped commission
• Contract: Full-time, Permanent
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead from the front - support your team in winning business and placing top talent
• Take full P&L ownership of your division
• Shape sales strategy and set meaningful KPIs (we value quality over call volume)
• Drive new business development and client acquisition
• Coach, mentor, and develop your team in a supportive, growth-focused culture
• Accelerate revenue across temporary, contract, and permanent placements
