What You'll Do:

• Lead by Example: Manage a small team of 360 recruiters while running your own successful recruitment desk.

• Drive Profitability: Ensure targets are met and performance remains high.

• Sales Strategy: Shape the sales strategy and set KPIs to drive growth.

• Expand Client Base: Grow and develop your client base to gain the greatest market share.

• Set Standards: Demonstrate expertise in recruitment and set an example in candidate and client-facing activities.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven Expertise: Experience in 360 recruitment or as a Recruitment Manager.

• Business Savvy: Keen commercial insight with a proven talent for winning new business.

• Target Achiever: Proficiency in setting and smashing sales targets and KPIs.

• Mentorship: Ability to coach and develop consultants, helping them reach their full potential.
