Recruitment Manager

Carter Rolan Group are currently seeking an ambitious Senior Recruitment Professional to join the team on a full time permanent basis on site at their Birmingham Office (B3 1LH).

If you are someone who has a strong billing track record but is seeking much better commission splits and overall take home pay from your hard work, then we would love to hear from you!

Requirements (MUST)
Strong billings (minimum we would look at is £100k per annum for junior candidates)
Someone who can bring relationships with them
Strong work ethic, determination and desire to succeed and exceed targets
Personable
Must be available to work in the offices (B3 1LH) Monday to Friday with some degree of flexibility on an adhoc basis
