Barrington James is currently recruiting for a Recruitment Manager capable of mentoring and training a team of ambitious and driven individuals, who can contribute to the growing success of Barrington James. Having grown in both size and reputation since 2002, we have an

This role would be situated in our brand-new, ultra-modern offices in Crawley town center. Expectations:
Ideal profile - 3-5' years Recruitment experience with minimum of 6 months managing a team or at least 1 support staff e.g. Resourcer/Delivery Consultant

Role responsibilities:
Driven team sales activity and oversee KPIs
Maintain relationships with key clients, and develop new business opportunities
Maintain team performance and track statistics
Sourcing niche and high-caliber candidates for mid-to-senior level contract requirements across a vertical within the Pharmaceutical sector
Managing the full 360 recruitment process
Consistently developing business development into niche companies
