Recruitment Manager - Onsite

Salary: £33,000 per annum (including bonuses)

Are you an experienced recruitment professional ready to take the lead at a prestigious client site in Slough? We're looking for a confident and proactive Contract Manager to oversee recruitment operations, manage a dedicated team, and ensure top-tier service delivery.

As the onsite Contract Manager, you'll be the key point of contact for the client and responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your main duties will include:

• Managing Performance & Delivery:

  • Oversee service delivery, recruitment, financials, and cost control.
  • Ensure all activities meet agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders at all levels.
  • Conduct regular service reviews and act as the main escalation point for any issues.

• Recruitment & Resourcing:

  • Lead recruitment campaigns and manage candidate sourcing to meet client needs.
  • Provide market insights, including local salary benchmarks and temporary wage rates.

• Compliance & Market Insight:

  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards.
  • Stay informed about local recruitment trends and competitor activity.
