Recruitment New Business Outbound Telesales Birmingham 

We are a small staffing agency based in Birmingham and looking to expand. We need someone bright, eager to learn and wanting to make a career as a recruitment consultant.

This role will initially involve lots of outbound calls to gather information on potential vacancies. Using your persuasive nature you will be building relationships with new clients. It will involve cold calling and lots of it. Don't worry if this sounds abit daunting.  We've all been there and will provide you with training to get you up and running. 

Recruitment is a real buzz but also very demanding and is not for everyone. You may spend all morning on the phone and have no success but still need to maintain a positive outlook for the next call. So only apply if you can work to targets, confident and don't take rejection personally. An excellent telephone manner is essential.

As you gain experience and belief you'll also be involved in finding candidates, writing adverts, arranging interviews and ultimately successfully placing your candidate into a job you found for them. This is the best bit and will be rewarded with a great sense of achievement and a financial bonus.

To be considered its essential you can demonstrate the ability to sell on the phone, making outbound calls. Building relationships with new customers. Some evidence to back this up or willing to work half day on the phones to show us what you can do. If you are good then we will not hold you back and you can expect to earn an extra £5000 bonus in your first year.
