Recruitment Officer

Interim Recruitment Officer (Full-Time – Fixed Term until October 2026)
We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Officer to join an FE college's Apprenticeships team on a full-time interim basis until October 2026.
You'll play a key role in supporting prospective apprentices from initial enquiry through to enrolment, working closely with employers, curriculum teams and applicants to deliver an outstanding recruitment experience. You'll manage applications, coordinate onboarding activities and help ensure apprentices are ready to begin their journey.
We're looking for someone with:
* Experience of apprenticeship recruitment, onboarding or employer engagement.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* The ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (CRM experience is desirable).
* A proactive, customer-focused approach and a passion for supporting learners and employers.
