We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager with a background in contract recruitment to take ownership of our operational processes, compliance, onboarding and systems.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving how a business operates. You'll combine day-to-day operational management with process improvement, systems ownership and business support, helping PCR scale efficiently as we grow.
You'll be responsible for:
Contractor onboarding, compliance and operational delivery Reviewing and negotiating commercial contract terms Preparing statement of works for client engagements Timesheet, invoicing and contractor administration processes CRM ownership and system improvement projects Automation and process optimisation initiatives Supplier relationships, including technology, marketing and service partners HR administration and business support activities Maintaining accurate operational controls and documentation Supporting PCR's B Corp commitments to ensure responsible business practices.We're looking for someone who has:
Operations experience within a contract recruitment agency Strong understanding of contractor compliance, umbrella companies and IR35 Excellent organisational and communication skills Experience improving processes and implementing change Confidence working with CRM systems and technology platforms A proactive, solutions-focused approach The ability to balance detailed administration with strategic thinkingWhy join PCR?
