You will be joining the Commercial & Finance Division to support the overall department, through proactively searching for candidates, bringing in new business and actively promoting our services.You will be part of a fun, supportive and lovely Team.
Some key responsibilities will include;
Bring in new clients through business development and networking.
Manage all applications on our Job Boards and respond in a timely manner.
Write Job Adverts and post onto Job Boards.
Use initiative to create additional advertising tools where possible.
Review, format CVs and create synopsis for Clients.
Arrange interviews and prepare candidates.
Build strong working relationships with candidates and clients to ensure the recruitment process is smooth and professional.
As an individual you will have;
Previous experience in recruitment is essential, ideally within an agency environment.
Experience in business development.
Passionate about recruitment and relationship focussed.
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and good telephone manner.

A starting salary of circa £30k, depending on experience.
25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) increasing 1 day per year of service.
