The Role
We are looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Recruitment Account Manager to manage and grow key client accounts within CYP and Mental Health services, with a strong temporary (temp desk) focus.
You will take ownership of a busy temp desk, ensuring consistent candidate availability, excellent client service, and high fill rates across ongoing staffing requirements. This is a fast-paced, relationship-led role ideal for someone who enjoys managing daily bookings while developing long-term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop existing client accounts within CYP & Mental Health sectors

Take full ownership of an active temporary recruitment desk
*
Coordinate daily bookings, placements, and shift coverage efficiently
*
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of compliant temporary candidates
*
Develop trusted relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
*
Work closely with delivery consultants to ensure high-quality candidate matching
*
Maintain compliance standards aligned with sector regulations
*
Oversee timesheets, contractor engagement, and ongoing client communication
*
Identify opportunities for account growth and new business development
*
Maintain exceptional service delivery in line with our 5-star reputation
*
Provide consultative recruitment advice based on market insight
About You
*
Previous experience in recruitment, account management, or healthcare/social care staffing
*
Experience managing or supporting a temporary recruitment desk (highly desirable)
*
Knowledge or interest in CYP and/or Mental Health sectors
*
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
*
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
*
Commercially minded with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
*
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for delivering excellent service
