About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and driven Delivery Consultant to join our successful Maritime division, supporting a diverse portfolio of clients across the UK and internationally.

Ideally, you'll bring experience from a recruitment background or a similar role where you've developed strong, transferable skills. You'll be familiar with working towards KPIs, achieving financial targets, and demonstrating strong commercial awareness in your day-to-day approach.

You should have a proven track record of building and maintaining excellent relationships with key stakeholders, along with confident negotiation skills and a client-focused mindset.

We're looking for someone who is motivated by success, takes pride in their attention to detail, and is passionate about delivering outstanding service - both to clients and candidates - while upholding ARM's strong reputation in the market.

Responsibilities

• Experience with hitting targets and KPI's
• Ability to work towards financial targets
• Commercial acumen
• Ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively
• Confident with speaking on the phone and responding via email quickly
• Build a brand on professional social media sites such as LinkedIn
• Attending industry-relevant exhibitions
