Resourcer – Full Time

Salary: £24,000 per annum + Bonus Scheme

Holiday Entitlement: 24 days plus Bank Holidays

Hours: Full Time

We are seeking an enthusiastic and confident Resourcer to join our busy and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people and is comfortable spending a large part of their day on the telephone.
This role is very much phone-based, involving regular outbound calls to potential candidates to discuss vacancies, carry out initial telephone interviews, and build strong relationships. If you are confident, friendly, and enjoy talking to people, this could be the perfect role for you!
Whether you have previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, sales, or a telephone-based role—or you’re simply keen to start your career in this fast-paced environment—full training will be provided.

What you’ll be doing:

• Making high volumes of outbound calls to potential candidates
• Conducting initial telephone interviews to assess suitability for various roles
• Engaging with candidates via phone, email, and social media platforms
• Building strong, positive relationships with candidates to ensure a great candidate journey
• Maintaining and updating our recruitment database with accurate and detailed candidate and client information
• Formatting CVs and arranging interviews between candidates and clients
• Sending out interview details and offer confirmations

What we’re looking for:

• A natural communicator who is confident on the telephone
• Comfortable with making outbound calls and telephone interviewing candidates throughout the day
• A positive, ‘can-do’ attitude and eagerness to learn
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Previous experience in a telephone-based role, recruitment, resourcing, sales, or office administration is advantageous but not essential – full training will be provided
