Recruitment Resourcer

Great opportunity for a Recruitment Resourcer, nr Sevenoaks (must drive due to location), up to £26k plus bonus. Genuine opportunity if you want superb training and progression to start your career in recruitment. Must be car owner/ Driver due to rural location.

Join an established team in technical recruitment in one of the most in-demand industries - the water and environmental engineering sector.

Permanent, office-based, Monday to Thursday 8.30am-5.30pm, early finish Fridays.
Up to £26,000 depending on experience + £50 per placement

What we are looking for:

• Strong work ethic, a great attitude, and real drive - these are non-negotiable
• A genuine interest in recruitment and ambition to build a long-term career
• At least 2 year’s post School/College work experience (industry background is flexible - sales, customer service, telesales, hospitality - not afraid to pick up the phone and speak to candidates/clients.

Day to day duties:

• Identify and engage top engineering talent via job boards, LinkedIn, and proactive sourcing
• Support our Senior Consultants by resourcing for key account roles
• Build and maintain talent pools of skilled candidates ahead of market demand
• Conduct market mapping to understand where key skills and competitors sit
• Write job adverts, screen CVs, and conduct candidate calls
• Keep our CRM and records up to date and assist with interview scheduling
