Job Description - RECRUITMENT RESOURCER

Resourcer

We are looking for a passionate and driven Resourcer to join our fast expanding Fire & Security/M&E team based by Heathrow Terminal 5 . You will be joining a warm desk, supported by a highly experienced team with a strong client base and a full order book of exciting roles.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop within a fast-paced, rewarding recruitment environment, focusing on both permanent and temporary hires across the fire and security/M&E sector with lots of opportunity for professional growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Sourcing top talent for permanent and temporary roles across the Fire & Security and M&E industry
Writing and posting job adverts, screening CVs, and conducting candidate interviews
Managing the candidate journey from initial contact through to placement
Maintaining and building long-term relationships with existing clients
Working closely with consultants to understand client needs and deliver accordingly
Keeping the CRM system updated and ensuring compliance with recruitment processes

What We Are Looking For:

Previous recruitment/resourcing experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organised, proactive, and target-driven
Confidence in speaking with candidates and clients over the phone and face-to-face
A genuine interest in the Fire & Security or Technical/Engineering sectors is a bonus

Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience)
Location: Colnbrook – next to Heathrow T5 with great transport links
