Recruitment Resourcer

Kingswood Group is hiring a Recruitment Resourcer to join our specialist HR and recruitment consultancy. We provide tailored recruitment solutions, and you'll play a key role in supporting our HR Recruitment Consultants to source and engage top-tier talent for our clients.

This is a remote role, with occasional travel for events and networking opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source HR, office, and finance talent via job boards, LinkedIn, and niche networks
• Conduct outreach, screen candidates, and align expectations
• Maintain candidate pipelines and update CAS records
• Schedule interviews and manage feedback loops
• Support consultants with ads, CRM, talent mapping, and market intel
• Track key metrics: applications, submittals, interviews
• Enhance sourcing strategies and assist with ad hoc HR tasks like data collation

Experience and skills required

• 1+ year in agency or in-house resourcing, ideally in HR, office, finance, or professional services.
• Skilled sourcer with Boolean search, ATS, and CRM experience.
• Clear, persuasive communicator with a professional edge.
• Organised, target-driven, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Solid grasp of HR recruitment and business dynamics.
• Proactive self-starter with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn.
