Recruitment Resourcer

AJ Chambers is looking for an ambitious and motivated individual to join our London recruitment team as a Recruitment Resourcing/Delivery Consultant.

In this role, you will work closely with an Associate Director and the leadership team to deliver top talent into key client accounts within a couple of our most established legal markets.

Responsibilities

• Candidate sourcing and delivery, working closely with an Associate Director to understand the hiring needs and requirements within existing and new client accounts. Working with those candidates as their primary point of contact throughout the hiring process
• Managing the end-to-end candidate journey including application, interview preparation and feedback, offer management/acceptance and aftercare
• Aid in the management of pre-established accounts, acting as a key point of contact, understanding their requirements and introducing candidates for live roles and on a speculative basis
• Ensure the candidate database is kept up to date with candidate requirements, salary expectations, locations, specialisms and more
• Attending and contribute to weekly team meetings
• Educating candidates on current market trends and conditions

Candidate Generation Strategy

• Use of recruitment tools and social media platforms such as LinkedIn recruiter to headhunt and attract top talent
• Communicating and engaging our current database of candidates, through phone activity, automation technology and email
• Market mapping, gaining referrals and candidate lead generation
• Advertising vacancies via LinkedIn, Reed and our website
• Proactively sourcing candidates via job board searches
