Recruitment Resourcer

Ideal Recruit is seeking an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in Doncaster
You will attract and screen candidates, match them to temporary or permanent positions, and build strong client relationships to understand recruitment needs.

Office hours:

Monday - Thursday 

9am - 5pm 

Friday 

9am - 3pm 

Key Responsibilities:

Source applicants via social media, job sites, and database
Pre-screen candidates over the phone
Book and conduct interviews
Conduct reference checks
Provide general admin support
Liaise with clients daily
Support recruitment and administrative processes as needed
Requirements:

Previous recruitment or resourcing experience
Living in the Pontefract area
Full UK driving licence and own transport
Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong organisational and communication skills
Excellent customer service
MS Office proficiency
