Due to continued growth, we're looking for an enthusiastic Consultant to join our expanding Engineering and Technical team.
The Role
As a Resourcer, you'll play a key role in supporting our team by sourcing, screening, and engaging high-quality candidates across the engineering sector. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in recruitment within a fast-paced, rewarding industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
* Screening CVs and conducting initial telephone interviews
* Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of engineering talent
* Managing candidate databases and ensuring accurate records
* Supporting consultants with job postings and candidate shortlisting
* Building strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process
* Open to different sector background as training will be provided
* Interest in or knowledge of the engineering sector is a plus
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* A proactive, target-driven attitude
