Recruitment Resourcer

You’ll play a key role in sourcing and engaging candidates across the transport and logistics sector, providing support in delivering the right people for our clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in recruitment within a fast-paced and rewarding industry.

Start Times:

* Monday to Friday

* 08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Thursday & Friday 16:00 finish

* 1 hour unpaid lunch

The Role:

* Source candidates for transport and logistics vacancies using job boards, social media and our internal database.

* Screen and interview candidates to establish their skills, experience and availability.

* Build and maintain a strong pool of reliable candidates.

* Match candidates to suitable vacancies, including driving, warehouse and logistics roles.

* Make outbound calls and maintain regular contact with candidates.

* Register new candidates and ensure all records are kept accurate and up to date.

* Arrange interviews, assessments and start dates.

* Assist with urgent and high-volume recruitment campaigns when required.

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who is:

* Confident and comfortable speaking to people over the phone.

* Energetic, motivated and target-driven.

* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

* A strong communicator and natural relationship builder.

* Comfortable using recruitment databases, job boards and social media.

* Reliable, proactive and willing to learn.

Previous recruitment, transport or logistics experience is advantageous, but not essential. Full training and ongoing support will be provided for the right candidate.
