Recruitment Resourcer

Citrus Recruit are excited to be recruiting for an Internal Recruitment Administrator/ Recruitment Resourcer for a Solihull based company.

This is a brand-new role at a time of growth, you will be speaking to key stakeholders and managing the recruitment process.

Your daily role include speaking to candidates in a variety of different roles, interviewing, qualifying, presenting to hiring managers and managing the recruitment process.

This role is an office based role, working Monday to Friday 9-5.

Responsibilities & day to day duties
As a Recruitment Resourcer you will be responsible for:
Supporting the wider recruitment team with sourcing, interviewing and qualifying candidates.
Write job adverts and monitor inbound job applications, following up with potential candidates as required
Format candidates CV’s and send over to clients
Manage client relationships, managing the interview process and offer process for both candidates and clients

Skills & experience required.
6 months experience in a recruitment role, either external or internal, specifically on the candidate side
Excellent communications skills, on the telephone and on email
Excellent attention to detail
Confidence to have difficult conversations with hiring managers and candidates
