Recruitment Resourcer – Construction & Engineering

Location: Basildon, Essex (Office-based)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Early finish at 4:00 PM on Fridays)
Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE + Performance Bonuses
Requirement: Must be a car owner/driver due to office location

The Role

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting our consultants by sourcing and engaging with candidates across white-collar and blue-collar roles within construction, maintenance, facilities management, and engineering sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and engage candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and our internal database.
• Coordinate interviews and manage the candidate journey, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Maintain accurate records and update the CRM system with candidate information.
• Collaborate with consultants to understand client requirements and deliver suitable candidates.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to effectively source talent.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment resourcing, preferably within construction, maintenance, facilities management, or engineering sectors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Must possess a valid UK driving license and have access to a vehicle.
