£25,500 to £28,000 + Commission (OTE 50k) + Training + Progression + Benefits Package

Are you a graduate or have proven telephone customer service experience? Do you consider yourself to be a good judge of character? Would an uncapped commission package motivate you?

We at Elix Sourcing Solutions are looking for our next Recruitment Resourcer; a role where you will exclusively deal with candidates by finding, interviewing, assessing and matching candidates with roles given to you by account managers.

Elix are a leading Recruitment Consultancy covering the UK, European and US Engineering, Manufacturing and Energy markets. The desk in question will be covering the UK market.

What will the job look like on a day to day basis?

You will be given vacancies by account managers to work and will cover a variety of roles and will be given training, development and support to ensure you are knowledgeable and comfortable with the roles you are being asked to find candidates for. Some of the candidates will come via job applications coming to your email inbox and some you will need to use LinkedIn and CV Databases in order to find candidates.

This is a Monday to Friday, office based role working as part of a team of late twenties and 30's aged staff.
