AA Euro Group is currently seeking a Recruitment Resourcer (Trades & Labour) to join our growing Birmingham team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of one of the construction industry's leading recruitment specialists, supporting major contractors across the UK and Europe.
Working closely with our Recruitment Consultants, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and managing skilled Trades & Labour candidates for a wide range of construction projects. You will play a key role in ensuring we consistently deliver high-quality workers to our clients while building lasting relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
Source and attract Trades & Labour candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and our internal database. Conduct candidate registration interviews and telephone screenings. Verify right-to-work documentation and ensure compliance with company and client requirements. Check CSCS cards, qualifications, certifications and references. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of available construction workers. Match suitable candidates to live vacancies and coordinate placements. Liaise regularly with candidates to manage availability and assignment bookings. Advertise vacancies across multiple recruitment platforms. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the recruitment CRM. Support Recruitment Consultants in filling temporary and permanent vacancies efficiently. Assist with timesheets, payroll queries and candidate documentation where required. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment legislation and company procedures. Deliver a professional and responsive service to both candidates and internal stakeholders. Skills & Experience
Essential
Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing or a customer-facing role. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Professional telephone manner and strong administrative skills. Self-motivated with a proactive and positive attitude. Desirable
Previous experience within construction recruitment. Knowledge of Trades & Labour roles and the construction industry. Understanding of CSCS cards and construction compliance requirements. Experience using recruitment databases and online job boards. Personal Attributes
