Salary: £32,000 base + commission (OTE £35,000-£40,000+ in Year 1)

We're currently hiring for our Impact Academy, a structured training programme designed to help people from educational backgrounds become successful Recruitment Consultants.

• £32k starting salary with realistic first-year earnings of £35-£40k+
