Recruitment Sales Manager

MEM Wellingborough is seeking a Sales Manager to join our team(s) based in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire.
Established in 1994 and with branches in Bedford, Milton Keynes, Northampton and Wellingborough, we have quickly grown to be a significant and highly respected operator in the recruitment industry.

We offer a competitive basic salary, a company car or car allowance, and an uncapped commission structure. We have a fantastic opportunity to manage many new business opportunities and develop customer relationships within our Industrial, Commercial, Driving and Training Divisions.
You will report to our Sales Director and work with our Bedford, Wellingborough, Milton Keynes, and Northampton branches to win new business.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 4.30 pm

Arranging/participating in internal meetings
Attending Meetings
Managing own diary/workload
Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike
Liaising with clients and colleagues (sometimes outside of working hours)
Requirements
Proven track record in Sales
Success in new business conversions
3 years minimum working within Recruitment
Driving Licence essential
Salary
£27-30k per annum, dependent upon experience, with uncapped commission earnings of £45-50k
