The Role:
As a Sales Trainer, you'll play a pivotal role in equipping our sales team with the skills, knowledge, and strategies they need to excel. You'll design and deliver engaging training programs that enhance sales techniques, communication skills, and client relationship management.
Collaborating closely with sales leadership, you'll identify training needs, develop tailored solutions, and measure effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
develop, and deliver comprehensive sales training programs, including onboarding sessions, ongoing workshops, and skill-building exercises for our Recruitment Consultant and above
coaching and mentorship to sales representatives, offering personalized support to enhance performance and achieve targets.
training materials, resources, and tools to support learning initiatives, ensuring content is current, relevant, and impactful.
with sales managers to identify performance gaps and areas for improvement, implementing targeted training interventions to address key challenges.
training effectiveness through metrics, feedback, and performance data, and adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, incorporating new insights into the training curriculum to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
experience in sales training, preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry.
understanding of sales methodologies, techniques, and best practices, with a track record of driving performance improvement.
communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire audiences at all levels.
organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
mindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build positive relationships across the organization.
